Job summary

ADP is seeking a MyLife Advisor in Augusta, GA to deliver Tier 1 support on benefits, payroll, HR and related services. You will respond to inquiries, research using available tools, and communicate status and resolution to clients and third parties with professionalism.

You will build strong relationships with ADP teams and vendors, ensuring timely, accurate issue resolution while maintaining ADP’s service standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of client service experience, OR military experience.
• Strong communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 Support to clients' employees and third parties regarding benefits, payroll, HR, 401k, risk, workers' compensation, e-TIME and more.
• Build relationships with ADP partners and vendors to resolve issues timely and accurately.
• Grow within the role through training, handling more complex calls, and taking on greater independence.
