This role is focused on providing Tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to benefits and payroll, using online tools for issue resolution, and building strong relationships with various stakeholders.

ADP is hiring a MyLife Advisor for their Human Resources Outsourcing division.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for client employee and third‑party inquiries related to benefits, payroll (general, practice, and tax), HR, 401’k, risk, workers' compensation, e‑TIME, and more.
• Use online tools and internal resources to research and resolve issues, escalating when necessary and communicating status to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with team members, business partners across Payroll, HR, and Benefits, and external vendors to expedite resolution.
• Grow professionally by handling increasingly complex calls, specializing in specific subject areas, and mentoring less experienced representatives.
• At the senior level, serve as a back‑up to the Manager or Team Lead.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of client service experience, or military experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with probing and problem‑solving techniques to troubleshoot and analyze findings.
• Demonstrated accountability.
