Scotlynn is seeking an HR Associate to support the People Strategy, focusing on Customer Care, high-value transactional processing, and quarterly projects. The role involves coordinating with the People team, assisting with payroll and talent management tasks, and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.

You will learn on the job, roll up your sleeves, and help keep projects organized while supporting onboarding and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business management or Human Resource Management.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer care and HR support for employees with questions and issues.
• Assist in coordinating People initiatives and project work across Talent Management, Total Rewards, Payroll, and Executive Office support.
• Learn and apply Kronos/payroll knowledge; support reporting and ad hoc data requests.
• Collaborate with the People team to keep projects on track and build a positive workplace culture.
