Job summary

Healthcare Arizona LLC is hiring an HR Assistant to provide administrative support for the HR team in Goodyear, AZ. The role focuses on onboarding, documentation, and employee relations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with benefits including 401(k) and health coverage. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and customer-service oriented.

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred: Spanish or Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and in a group.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with MS365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all required documentation for new employee orientation.
• Onboard new employees including I-9 and E-Verify.
• Maintain personnel records in HRIS.
• Respond to employee questions and route inquiries.
• Assist with payroll processing and recruitment activities.
• Manage lobby and all incoming deliveries.
• Order supplies.
• Support policy adherence and procedures.
• Assist with compliance to federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
