Healthcare Arizona, a premier mattress manufacturing arm of the MLILY company, seeks an HR Assistant in Goodyear, AZ. The role provides admin support to the HR team, requiring strong organization, reliability, and customer service skills to support onboarding, payroll assistance, and policy enforcement.

The position follows a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) matching, FSAs/HSAs, PTO and holidays,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year HR/administrative experience preferred.
• 401(k) & 401(k) matching offered.

• PTO/Leave: 80 hours PTO, 40 hours Sick Time, 12 paid holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all required documentation for new employee orientation.
• Onboard new employees including I-9 verification and E-Verify.
• Maintain personnel records in HRIS.
• Respond to employee questions and route inquiries.
• Assist with payroll processing and recruitment activities.
• Manage lobby and all incoming deliveries.
• Order supplies.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

the Human Resources (HR) Assistant provides administrative support to the HR team, the ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and has excellent communication and customer service skills.

Salary Range:

$18-21/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:
