Job summary

Lexington Premier Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits coordination, and compliance.

This FT hourly role involves posting jobs, interviewing coordination, onboarding activities, data entry in Empeon, and handling employment verifications in a confidential setting. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years HR/administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding, background checks, orientation, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and respond to HR inquiries.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits enrollment coordination.
• Track licensure/certification renewals and conduct audits as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
