Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years in an HR support role; warehouse/distribution center experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems such as Oracle and Dimensions.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication with employees at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• High discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Education: Associate or Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• Partner with HR staff and payroll team to coordinate employee data and processing workflows.
• Serve as the primary contact for distribution center employees across shifts.
• Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS records with discretion.
• Screen calls and direct employees to appropriate HR resources quickly.
• Analyze HRIS data to prepare reports for decisions.
