Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Seasonal Human Resources Assistant to support day-to-day people operations during peak hiring. The role focuses on onboarding, I-9 compliance, data integrity, and benefits inquiries, collaborating with technology, shared services, and HR leadership to streamline processes.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in HR or a customer-facing role, strong communication, and a keen eye for confidentiality and detail. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in human resources and/or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrated professionalism and strict confidentiality with sensitive employee information.
• Experience with HR systems and ability to be a system resource and trainer.
• Proficiency with documentation management and project management tools; analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, I-9 compliance, data integrity, benefits inquiries, and HR process documentation.
• Coordinate equipment and software setup for new hires with technology teams.
• Serve as a liaison between Commerce and HR/shared services on HR system capabilities.
• Manage day-one onboarding communications and follow-ups with employees and managers.
• Troubleshoot basic HR issues and educate employees on HR self-service options.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all employee-related matters.
