Job summary

CFS Brands, headquartered in Oklahoma City with a Las Vegas site, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Las Vegas, NV. The role supports payroll, benefits, HRIS, compliance and employee relations to sustain a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in HR, experience with HRIS/ADP, strong communication, and a service-focused mindset in a busy distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 2–4 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll coordination and ADP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer employee data across the full employment lifecycle.
• Coordinate payroll updates and review discrepancies with the payroll team.
• Support benefits enrollment and records, audits and reporting.
• Manage leave of absence processes (FMLA, ADA, disability, state leaves).
• Handle employee relations matters, document concerns and escalate when needed.
• Support recruiting and onboarding activities for new hires and transfers.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
