Job summary

Employers Options is seeking an HR Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team in Honolulu, HI. This on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0–3 years of related experience, with a schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.

The position offers a fixed pay rate of $24 per hour and requires reporting to work on time. Applicants should be prepared to handle HR administrative tasks and participate in projects and open enrollment events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–3 years of directly related or closely related experience.
• Must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.
• On-site, full-time; on-site schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews, perform reference checks, and process personnel changes.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining and processing documentation and records.
• Compile and prepare data for statistical reporting.
• Answer employee questions about policy and procedures, and refer to specialists as needed.
• Assist with HR projects, events, benefits open enrollment, employee communications, and company-wide meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
