Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates, provide updates, and ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate follow-up.
• Process pre-employment background checks and review results per policy and law.
• Conduct reference checks and document results.
• Assist with offer letters and pre-employment paperwork.
• Track candidate progress and assist with timely hiring requirements.
• Onboard new employees, including paperwork and new-hire requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR files.
• Assist with HR forms, personnel file updates, and routine HR transactions.
• Respond to employee and manager questions or route to the right HR team member.
• Support special projects, reporting, and other HR initiatives as needed.
