Mills Automotive Group is seeking a Human Resources/Payroll Administrator to manage day-to-day HR tasks and payroll for our dealership team, aligning operations with Vision 2026. You will be the payroll and employee records point of contact across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Prior HR Administrator or Payroll Specialist experience, preferably in an automotive dealership.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems (Paycom/ADP or similar).
• Knowledge of wage and hour laws, payroll taxes, benefits administration.
• Discretion with sensitive employee information; high integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; cross-department collaboration.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Payroll processing: end-to-end multi-state payroll with commissions, deductions and withholdings.
• HR administration & onboarding: new hires, onboarding, offboarding, records management.
• Compliance & documentation: document performance, attendance, compliance issues; maintain digital records.
• Benefits support: enrollment and questions on health insurance, retirement plans, time-off.
• Financial & operational alignment: review payroll expenses, audit hours, verify incentive payouts, internal controls.
• Team & employee support: advisory role and supportive work environment.
• Regulatory risk management: ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR guidelines.
