Bass Pro Shops in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an HR Specialist to lead onsite HR initiatives for the store, including staffing, training, engagement, orientation and onboarding, and administrative excellence.

The role supports the General Manager, handles HR actions in HRIS/Payroll, assists with recognition programs, policy communication, compliance, performance management and issue resolution for hourly outfitters.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's in HR preferred.
• 1–3 years of HR and administrative/office experience.
• Strong communication and Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supports staffing, training, engagement, orientation and onboarding for hourly Outfitters.
• Processes and audits employment actions in HRIS/Payroll/Scheduling system.
• Assists General Manager with administrative functions and policy communication.
• Maintains confidentiality and handles performance management and issues.
