Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Revenue Assistant to provide essential administrative support to the Business Intelligence Hospitality team. You will handle data entry, invoicing, and document management while coordinating schedules for leadership.

Responsibilities include preparing regular reports, responding to guest inquiries, and assisting with basic bookkeeping. This role requires a high school diploma and at least one year in hospitality or data entry.

Formación

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year hospitality industry or data entry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reports for the Director of Revenue.
• Enter data, update databases, and manage client records.
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries; draft correspondence on financial matters.
• Process invoices and assist with basic bookkeeping.
• Coordinate calendars and meetings for leadership.
• Support BI and Vacation Planning teams on software implementations and projects.
