Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1 year hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office and clerical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reports for the Director of Revenue.
• Analyze forecasting trends in group inventories and rates.
• Enter data, update databases, and manage client records.
• Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and draft correspondence on financial matters.
• Process invoices and assist with basic bookkeeping and document assembly.
