Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a Workday Integration Developer to design, develop, test, and support integrations across HCM, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits. You’ll lead multiple integrations in a complex enterprise, collaborating with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

The role emphasizes secure, reliable data flows, release management, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years delivering and maintaining Workday integrations and platform solutions.
• Experience with Workday technologies including Workday Studio.
• Experience with release management, tenant management, test coordination and deployments.
• Designing secure, scalable data flows and integrations across multiple Workday modules.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration abilities.
• Ability to guide release readiness and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, implementation, and support of Workday integrations.
• Connect HR functions such as HCM, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders across teams.
• Influence integration strategy, drive issue resolution, and ensure reliability.
