Job summary
Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of HR Workday integrations. You will work across HCM, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits to connect key HR functions and ensure reliable, secure data flows.
The role partners with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to drive efficient, scalable HR technology solutions on site in Texas.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering, supporting, and maintaining Workday integrations and platform solutions.
- Experience with Workday Integration technologies, including Workday Studio.
- Strong experience with release management, tenant management, test coordination, and deployments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across teams.
- Ability to design secure, scalable, and reliable data flows and system integrations.
- Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, testing, implementation, and support of Workday integrations.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Development Leads, and stakeholders.
- Drive issue resolution to ensure stability and continuous improvement of HR systems.
- Influence integration strategy and guide release readiness activities.
- Mentor team members and promote efficient processes.
