Job summary

SMBC Group is seeking an HR Data and Analytics Manager to design and develop HR metrics, reports, and analyses that drive business decisions. This role links raw enterprise data to management, enabling data extraction, analysis, standardized reporting, and transformation within the Human Capital framework.

The position collaborates with stakeholders to deliver weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting, builds advanced dashboards using HR data, and supports the Human Capital Management plan and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of strong HR experience across all areas of HR (ATS, LMS, TM, etc.)
• 3–5 years of experience analyzing data with accuracy in data and calculations
• Strong knowledge of HR database/reporting and human capital metrics
• Hands-on experience with MS Office, especially Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, Word

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategy and craft a measurement and reporting plan.
• Demonstrate a consultative, client-oriented approach to HR data analysis and storytelling.
• Design and develop requirements for advanced HR reports and dashboards across platforms.
• Support Human Capital Management plans and monthly/regulatory reporting.
• Extract and transform data from multiple HR systems for consolidated reporting and insights.
• Provide ad hoc reports within predefined SLAs and collaborate with peers to meet goals.
