Job summary

Charles Schwab in Austin, TX seeks a Manager, HR Data Reporting & Analytics to design and deliver advanced HR reporting solutions using Workday Reporting tools. You will transform data into actionable insights for HR, Finance, and operations.

This in-office role requires on-site presence four days a week with one remote day; you’ll lead reporting, ensure data accuracy, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive improvements across Workday modules.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Workday Reporting and Analytics.
• Workday Report Writer (Advanced, Composite, Matrix, Trending, Transposed Reports).
• Experience in Agile environments and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver dynamic Workday reporting solutions across modules (HCM, Compensation, Talent, Skills, Learning, Payroll, Finance).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create scalable Workday reporting solutions.
• Manage data accuracy and integrity through testing, validation, and continuous improvement of HR reporting processes.
• Troubleshoot reporting challenges including performance issues, data discrepancies, and access concerns.
• Maintain clear documentation including data dictionaries and metadata for transparency and reuse.
• Monitor and optimize report performance to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Lead Workday release readiness, assess new features, and create mitigation plans for smooth transitions.
