Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Workday Reporting and Analytics.
• Proficient in Workday Report Writer and calculated fields design.
• Experience with Agile environments and data analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver dynamic HR reporting solutions across Workday modules.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable reports.
• Ensure data accuracy through testing and validation.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and data discrepancies in reports.
• Document data dictionaries and metadata for transparency.
• Monitor report performance and optimize efficiency.
• Lead release readiness for Workday features and mitigations.
