Qualificações

• Five years of relevant HR experience with analytics and reporting focus.
• Experience with HR systems, reporting, and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR through data analytics, systems management and employee lifecycle administration.
• Develop workforce dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
