Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Human Resources Analyst, Workforce & HR Systems, to deliver analytics, reporting, and systems support from the Central Business Office in Norwood, OH. The role focuses on workforce planning, HR technology optimization, and process improvement to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.

Responsibilities include building end‑to‑end workforce reports, leading analytics processes, administering Oracle HRIS, and driving data‑driven decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS (Oracle preferred) and HR analytics.
• Strong Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau skills and data visualization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance end-to-end recurring workforce reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead annual and cyclical analytics processes, such as engagement, onboarding and exit surveys.
• Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and collaborate to resolve data issues.
• Serve as a functional administrator for HR systems (Oracle) and coordinate updates and integrations.
• Maintain system documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures.
• Evaluate analytics workflows and partner with teams to implement automation and tools.
• Translate data insights for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
