Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or additional four years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Three years of project management, information technology, business intelligence, decision science or related experience.
• PHR/SPHR/PMP/CAPM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports compensation workflow processes and clients through simple to moderate processes.
• Generates analytical reports and identifies data trends for management.
• Maintains data integrity and assists with system testing and process improvements.
