Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, business administration or related field.
• Three years of financial, budget or cost accounting analysis experience; healthcare environment preferred.
• Preferred: CHFP (HFMA) and CPA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with multiple levels within the department and organization to resolve financial performance questions.
• Serves as subject matter expert for assigned entity(s) and supports training of new team members.
• Maintains monthly dashboards of key indicators and external benchmarks.
• Assists in development and maintenance of operating budgets and revenue models.
