Houston Methodist is seeking a Sr Payroll Liaison to provide strategic support, lead department process improvements, and coordinate IT-driven changes. You will analyze payroll data, identify improvement opportunities, and oversee testing/auditing during upgrades while ensuring accurate, compliant payroll execution.

The role requires five years in HR/payroll, a related Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and preferred CPA/CPP credentials.

Qualifikationen

• Five years experience in the HR, payroll or related field.
• Experience on an implementation team for one payroll implementation and one major upgrade or conversion preferred.
• CPA - Certified Public Accountant or CPP - Certified Payroll Professional preferred

• Functions as a team leader to accomplish department-specific projects involving department software or databases, coordinating with IT.
• Promotes accurate, timely payroll processing in compliance with regulations.
• Provides analysis and trending to identify areas for improvement and lead process improvement projects.
