Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare admin, or related field (or 4 years of equivalent experience).
• Three years of experience supporting revenue cycle functions.

Responsibilities

• Bridges communication channels between the department, the Business Office, SBO, and stakeholders.
• Identifies barriers to account resolution and supports optimal reimbursement.
• Gathers data, develops business insights, and documents business case/scope/plan.
