Job summary

Wikoff Color Corporation is seeking an analytical HR Analyst to join our on-site Human Resources team in Fort Mill, SC. This full-time role focuses on workforce analytics, benefits administration, payroll support, HRIS administration (Dayforce), and compliance reporting to drive business decisions.

The candidate will develop HR dashboards, perform compensation analysis, ensure data integrity, and support process improvements across HR operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HR analytics or payroll operations.
• 3–5 years Dayforce HRIS knowledge required.
• Strong Excel and data reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce metrics, turnover, absenteeism, retention, and headcount trends.
• Create and maintain HR dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Support compensation analysis and salary benchmarking initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity within the HRIS and reporting systems.
• Prepare workforce analytics and executive-level reporting.
• Other duties assigned by management
