Job summary

Wikoff Color Corporation is seeking an ERP Support & Reporting Analyst to maintain and improve the ERP system and deliver SQL-based reports for key stakeholders.

The role requires strong ERP experience, SQL/SSRS skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable reporting for multiple departments. This is an on-site position in Fort Mill, SC, with collaboration across finance, operations, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field (required).
• ERP-specific training or certifications strongly preferred (Chempax, SAP, Oracle).
• 3+ years of ERP support experience.
• Strong MS SQL Server query development skills.
• Experience creating and maintaining reports using SQL and SSRS.
• Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful reports and data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support ERP system and related applications.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues with on-site/remote users and vendors.
• Manage user accounts, security roles, and access permissions.
• Coordinate ERP upgrades, enhancements, patches testing/implementation.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and data extracts.
