Job summary

MBG is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to own and optimize payroll processes within our Workday HRIS. The role centers on accurate payroll execution, data integrity, and proactive partner coordination in a multi-state environment.

The successful candidate will manage onboarding, benefits enrollment, and leave tracking while ensuring compliance and timely filings. This onsite position is based in St. Louis, MO.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday experience is required with Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits and Absence.
• Three to five years in HR operations with payroll ownership end-to-end.
• Experience working with external partners and multi-state payroll.
• Ability to maintain deadlines and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll cycle end-to-end and ensure on-time, accurate processing.
• Serve as end-user point of contact for Workday and coordinate with external partners.
• Respond to Team Member pay, benefits and time-off inquiries with clarity.
• Coordinate Benefits enrollment, life events and leave tracking (FMLA).
• Process hires/changes/departures with accurate data and timing.
• Maintain required filings and support audits with proper documentation.
