Job summary

H MART - Corp seeks an HR Analytics professional to own weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards for headcount, hires, exits, turnover, and movement. You will reconcile data across HRIS, ATS, and payroll, flag data-quality issues, and deliver concise commentary for HRBPs and managers.

The role requires 1–3 years in HR analytics/compensation support, strong Excel and HRIS skills, and the ability to summarize findings for non-technical stakeholders. On-site role in NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years HR analytics/compensation support experience.
• Intermediate Excel (pivot, XLOOKUP, IFS) and HRIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own dashboards for headcount, hires, exits, turnover, and movement.
• Extract and reconcile data across HRIS, ATS, and payroll; flag data issues.
• Turn standard reports into short written commentary for HRBP/HR Manager.
• Support compensation analysis for offers, promotions, and internal transfers.
