Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc seeks a Senior Associate, Human Resources in Exton, PA for a hybrid role on-site 3 days per week. The position partners with HR leaders to translate workforce data into actionable insights using Power BI, SAP, and AI-enabled tools.

You will support talent reviews, program launches, and HR initiatives across the Proprietary Segment, while collaborating with COEs and HRBPs to align priorities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; equivalent combination considered.
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR disciplines.
• Experience with HR business systems (e.g., SAP HCM, Workday, Kronos, SuccessFactors).
• Strong analytics, data storytelling and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day HR business partner support to an assigned client group.
• Uses data and analytics to translate workforce information into insights for leaders.
• Builds workforce visuals and executive-ready materials using Power BI, PowerPoint and AI tools.
• Supports talent reviews, succession planning and HR program rollout across the segment.
