Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, CS, IS, HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in People Analytics, HR Reporting, HR Data, HRIS or BI.
• Strong Power BI with data modeling, DAX and dashboard development.
• Experience with HR data privacy, governance and security.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into analytics and insights for HR leadership.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and other analytics platforms.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Support analytics across employee lifecycle including payroll, benefits, time and talent.
• Lead analytics workstreams and mentor team members as analytics evolves.
