Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services seeks a Manager of HR Technology to lead global teams responsible for payroll, time management, and HR systems. You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions across regions.

The role requires deep SAP HCM experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering end-to-end HR tech projects with SOX and data privacy governance in mind.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 8+ years of HR technology experience with 4+ full SAP implementations.
• Agile/Scrum; ITIL and SAP certification preferred.
• Strong leadership of global, cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and support for HR technology, focusing on Core HR in SAP HCM and Payroll/Time Management (UKG, ADP).
• Manage global teams and external partners to deliver HR technology initiatives and ongoing operations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable tech solutions in collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, data privacy, and governance standards; maintain lifecycle documentation.
• Oversee change and release management, incident resolution, and continuous system optimization.
