Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to partner with HR Business Partners, managers, and employees across the organization. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and can be based in Philadelphia, New York, or Newark, offering exposure to a broad HR program delivery and employee relations.

You will support talent processes, maintain data integrity in Workday and Dayforce, and help drive performance reviews, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of relevant HR experience (HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, etc).
• Detail-oriented and responsive with closed-loop communication.
• Problem-solving abilities with a process-improvement mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Forms).
• Experience with Workday or Dayforce HCM is highly desired.
• Experience in the AEC industry is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for managers and employees on HR questions and escalate as needed.
• Process onboarding, transfers, promotions, leaves, and offboarding.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to support business objectives.
• Maintain data integrity within Workday/Dayforce systems.
• Assist with performance reviews, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement initiatives.
• Generate workforce metrics and reports to support decisions.
• Support employee relations matters including investigations and documentation.
• Lead special HR projects with timelines, research, and data-driven solutions.
