Job summary

Uline is seeking an analytical Human Resources Analyst to transform data into actionable workforce insights. You will analyze HR data, build reporting tools, and deliver recommendations to attract, develop and retain top talent as part of a growing HR analytics team.

You'll collaborate with business units, leverage Workday, Excel, SQL, and other tools, and drive improvements in data quality and workforce planning. On-site role at Corporate HQ in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics or related field.
• 2+ years of Analyst experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python or database management is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills with careful attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends and support recruiting, retention and workforce planning.
• Create reports and deliver insights for informed workforce decisions.
• Build and enhance reporting tools using Workday, Excel and SQL.
• Partner with business teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into workforce planning.
• Improve HR data quality by identifying trends and recommending process improvements.
