Uline, a North American leader in shipping, industrial and packaging materials, seeks a Senior Human Resources Analyst to shape strategic workforce initiatives through advanced analytics and reporting.

You will transform complex workforce data into clear recommendations that guide talent and business decisions across our growing organization. This on-site role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing workforce, HR or business data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL; Python or database knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends, root causes and opportunities that strengthen recruiting, retention and workforce planning.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Workday and Power BI to deliver workforce insights.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to solve complex workforce challenges, providing data-driven recommendations that support workforce planning.
• Lead analytics projects, identifying opportunities to improve reporting, HR data quality and business processes.
• Translate insights into clear, concise summaries and presentations for leadership that support strategic business decisions.
