Uline, Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst to transform workforce data into actionable insights for talent and business decisions.

Using Excel, SQL, Workday and Power BI, you will develop dashboards, analyze trends, and partner with leaders to address workforce challenges. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to shape strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing workforce, HR or business data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL; knowledge in Python or database management is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends and opportunities for recruiting, retention and workforce planning.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Workday and Power BI to deliver workforce insights.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to solve complex workforce challenges with data-driven recommendations.
• Lead analytics projects to improve reporting, data quality and business processes.
• Translate insights into concise summaries and leadership-ready presentations.
