Job summary

Uline, a family-owned North American leader in shipping and packaging, seeks a Human Resources Analyst to turn data into business insights. You’ll analyze workforce trends, build reports, and deliver recommendations to attract, develop and retain talent.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and use Workday, Excel and SQL to create tools, improve data quality and support workforce planning. This on-site role is based at Uline’s Wisconsin campus, offering a dynamic environment with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Analytics or related field.
2+ years of analyst experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Familiarity with SQL, Python or database management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends and support recruiting, retention and workforce planning.
Create reports and deliver insights to help leaders make informed decisions.
Build and enhance reporting tools using Workday, Excel and SQL.
Partner with business teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into workforce planning.
Improve HR data quality by identifying trends, recommending process improvements and supporting best practices.
