Job summary

Uline is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to turn HR data into actionable insights and contribute to workforce strategies. You will analyze trends, build reports and deliver recommendations that help attract, develop and retain top talent as part of a growing HR analytics team.

You will partner with business teams to incorporate productivity targets into workforce planning, and you will build tools using Workday, Excel and SQL while improving data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of Analyst experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python or database management is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills with careful attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends and support recruiting, retention and workforce planning.
• Create reports and deliver insights for leaders.
• Build and enhance reporting tools using Workday, Excel and SQL.
• Partner with business teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into workforce planning.
• Improve HR data quality by identifying trends and supporting best practices.
