Uline is seeking an Analytical Human Resources Analyst to turn data into business insights that shape workforce strategies. You will analyze HR data, develop reports, and deliver recommendations to attract, develop and retain top talent as part of a growing analytics team.

Responsibilities include analyzing workforce trends, building reporting tools with Workday, Excel and SQL, and partnering with business teams to align labor goals with workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of analyst experience.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python or databases is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization and multitasking with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends and support recruiting, retention and workforce planning.
• Create reports and insights to help leaders make informed workforce decisions.
• Build and enhance reporting tools using Workday, Excel and SQL.
• Partner with business teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into planning.
• Improve HR data quality by identifying trends and supporting best practices.
