Job summary

Uline, based in Pleasant Prairie, WI, seeks an HR Analyst to turn data into actionable workforce insights. You will analyze HR data, create reports, and deliver recommendations to attract, develop and retain top talent as part of a growing analytics team.

Responsibilities include identifying workforce trends, building tools with Workday, Excel, SQL, and Python, and partnering with business units to embed productivity targets into workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business analytics or a related field.
• 2+ years of analyst experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or database concepts is a plus.

Position Responsibilities

• Analyze Human Resources (HR) data to identify workforce trends and support recruiting, retention and workforce planning.
• Create reports and deliver insights that help leaders make informed workforce decisions.
• Build and enhance reporting tools using Workday, Excel and SQL.
• Partner with business teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into workforce planning.
• Improve HR data quality by identifying trends, recommending process improvements and supporting best practices.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. A focus in Human Resources, Business Analytics or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of Analyst experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python or database management is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills with careful attention to detail.
