Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an HRIS Reporting Analyst to create and maintain UKG Pro (UltiPro) reports, develop dashboards in Power BI, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance to deliver actionable workforce insights.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of HR reporting or analytics, advanced Excel skills, and experience validating HR data. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Hybrid work arrangements available after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience generating reports from UKG Pro (UltiPro) or a comparable HRIS.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain recurring and ad hoc HRIS reports using UKG Pro (UltiPro) and related systems.
• Analyze, clean, combine, and validate HR data to support workforce planning and compensation initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and visual reports using Excel, Power BI, or comparable tools.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and leaders to deliver workforce insights.
• Identify data inconsistencies and support data quality and reporting process improvements.

Target Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000

Key Responsibilities for the HRIS Reporting Analyst:
