AHRC New York City seeks an HR Reporting Specialist to strengthen workforce data, reporting, and analytics from UltiPro (UKG Pro) and related systems. The role is in Manhattan, primarily in-office, with a 35-hour workweek.

You will build dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and support leadership with workforce metrics, while collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Programs. The position requires 2–3 years of HR data experience and strong Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of experience in HR data, reporting, or administrative data tasks.
• Hands-on experience pulling and preparing reports from UltiPro (UKG Pro) or a comparable HRIS.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data cleaning, and formatting.
• Experience using Power BI or similar BI tools to create basic dashboards or visual reports.
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail when working with large datasets.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of how workforce information supports agency-wide decision-making.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to present data in straightforward formats, both verbally and in written reports.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and apply the nonprofit-specific methods for interpreting workforce data.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Pulls, organizes, and prepares recurring and ad hoc workforce reports from UltiPro and other HR-related systems.
• Uses Excel and Power BI to structure, visualize, and present workforce data in clear formats.
• Ensures accuracy, consistency, and completeness of workforce data for reporting, compliance, and decisions.
• Supports HR leadership with staffing levels, recruitment trends, labor utilization, and key indicators.
• Develops and maintains basic dashboards and visual reports for leadership insights.
• Maintains reporting schedules and ensures timely submission of reports for funders and auditors.
• Collaborates with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Program leads to align with reporting practices.
• Identifies data gaps and coordinates with HRIS/IT for resolution.
• Contributes to improving reporting processes and data reliability.
• Conducts additional tasks as needed.
