Job summary

CFS in New York is seeking an HRIS Reporting Analyst to create and maintain HRIS reports in UKG Pro, develop dashboards in Power BI, and deliver workforce insights to HR, Payroll, Finance and operations.

The role requires advanced Excel, 2–3 years HR reporting experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and hybrid work after onboarding in a mission-driven nonprofit environment serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience generating reports from UKG Pro (UltiPro) or a comparable HRIS platform.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, 2-3 years HR reporting/HRIS/workforce analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain recurring and ad hoc HRIS reports using UKG Pro (UltiPro) and related systems.
• Analyze, clean, combine, and validate HR data to support planning and initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and visual reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and operations leaders to deliver insights.
• Identify data inconsistencies and support data quality and reporting improvements.

Target Compensation:
