• Develop, maintain, and optimize recurring and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and risks.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR leaders to monitor adherence to employment requirements and support HR compliance framework development.
• Lead solution design for HR systems, data, and processes, translating business needs into scalable requirements and validating configuration outcomes.
