Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. urgently seeks a Senior Associate- Analytics Solutions for HR Assessments to lead design, validation, and implementation of advanced talent assessments for tech, data, and product roles.

You will collaborate with product, eng, change management, and legal teams to ensure valid, fair, and compliant tools aligned with OKRs. You will develop analytics to monitor metrics, identify automation opportunities, and produce documentation ranging from technical reports to executive

Responsibilities

Create project plans and manage assessment workstreams in alignment with best practices and firm standards.
Lead job analysis, assessment design, validation, and ongoing evaluation of hiring assessments against OKRs.
Collaborate closely with assessment vendor(s) and cross functional teams, including product management, engineering, change management, training, legal and compliance teams on the design and implementation of assessments.
Create data tools and engage in analytics to monitor metrics and track progress.
Stay updated on technological and regulatory developments in the assessment field, and the evolution of jobs and skills in tech roles.
Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency for users and the business.
Draft assessment documentation and enablement materials including technical reports, executive summaries, training materials, standard operating procedures, and implementation guides.
