Job summary

The Virginia State Police (VSP) is seeking two Employment Analysts in the Human Resources Division, North Chesterfield, Virginia. Responsibilities include recruitment/selection for managers and outside applicants, and cross-training with TAER on employee relations and sworn programs.

Qualifications include knowledge of HR management, HR laws, office practices, and KPI concepts, with strong MS Office and data handling skills. Completion of pre-employment steps is required.
