• Knowledge of human resource principles related to classification, compensation, job analysis, job evaluation, salary administration, organizational structure, career progression, and HR data analysis.

Skills:

• Skill in researching, analyzing, documenting, and presenting classification and compensation information using Microsoft Office applications.

Abilities:

• Ability to interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
• Ability to conduct and respond to salary surveys.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
