Job summary

Bank of America seeks a driven candidate for its Chief People Organisation Analyst Program in Chester. This two-year rotational development program provides exposure to Talent Acquisition, Learning, Compensation & Benefits, and more within a global financial institution.

You will rotate across multiple disciplines to build a broad HR knowledge base, develop through formal and on-the-job training, and contribute to people strategies and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree with completion between September 2026 and July 2027.
• On track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent).
• Must have right to work in the UK as visa sponsorship is not available.
• Available to join the programme in January, April or July 2027.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating on projects across Chief People Organisation that contribute to key people strategies and initiatives.
• Support initiatives across the Chief People Organisation team including Benefits, Opportunity & Inclusion, Talent, Learning and Corporate Communications.
• Collaborate with recruitment professionals on strategic hiring initiatives and employer branding activities.
• Develop expertise through rotational assignments across multiple Chief People Organisation disciplines.
• Assist with analysing benefits data, employee feedback and market trends to support wellbeing initiatives.
• Support talent management initiatives focused on employee development and career growth.
