Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Finance/Accounting Rotational Analyst to participate in a two-year program designed to develop high-potential leaders through four six-month rotations across FP&A, treasury, strategy, investor relations and controllership.

You will gain broad exposure to finance functions, work on cutting-edge analyses, and receive mentorship and development opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or graduate level degree by May 2027 with focused coursework in finance, accounting, economics, data science or related field.
• GPA 3.3 or higher (undergraduate) is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work or extracurriculars.
• Strong financial/accounting acumen and analytical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze reports.
• Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Source and analyze data for forecasting and decision making.
• Develop forecasts and perform variance analysis.
• Build and use financial spreadsheets and models.
• Work on ad hoc financial projects and interact with leadership.
